Senior Account Executive/Account Executive
Job Description
- Able to handle full set of Accounts.
- Experience in Managing of Account Payable and Receivable.
- Responsible for month end, quarterly & year end financial closing & reporting.
- Preparation of monthly management reports, meeting presentations, financial data analysis, etc.
- Prepare, review debtors and creditors aging.
- Reconciliation of Debtors/Creditors.
- Close monthly Bank reconciliation statement.
- Maintaining of Fixed Asset Register.
- Assist in preparation & monitoring yearly budgeting.
- Draft audit review.
- Team player and able to take up ad hoc assignments assigned by Manager.
- Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, company secretary.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the manager from time to time.
Requirement / Skills
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience.
- Good personality with a good command of English.
- Experience in using Accounting Software.

Customer Service Executive (Sea & Air)
Responsibilities
- Take lead of customer services leadership towards our customers.
- Work towards meeting key performance index (KPI).
- Be the main coordinator between our customers, in-house staffs, vendors and our international partners on freight and logistics activities.
- A great negotiator to get the best rates from shipping lines, agencies and airlines or GSA.
- Update rate & sailing schedule to agent & shipper
- Co-ordinate with agent on (fob)/ exwork shipments
- Place booking confirmation with carrier and release booking to customers and agents
- Preparing HBL & MBL.
- Preparing Billing to customer.
- Arrange haulage delivery and monitor.
- Monitor arrival of vessel and update to customer for import / export.
- Take leadership quality to your subordinates to ensure all SOPs, work flow and billings are done in a timely manner.
- Be a solution provider by taking ownership in his/her job responsibility.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business. Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight and logistics.
- Experience in handling customer services role or business development in logistics.
- Experience of handling agents and partners globally
- Have a great network with local service providers – shipping lines, airlines, GSA, agencies.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Declaration Clerk
Job Description
- Declaration for all K1, K2. Knowledge of Import & Export declarations and will be base in office.
- To ensure proper filing of documentation & report.
- Assist in Export and Import documentation & submission of statutory requirement, Port clearance.
- Coordinate / liaise with customer, shipping agent and etc
- Ensure that the jobs are carried out efficiently through close monitoring and follow up with declaration section, loading section, haulage section, general transport, warehouse section and shipping agent.
- Update rate & sailing schedule to agent & shipper.
- Co-ordinate with agent on (fob)/ ex-work shipments.
- Place booking confirmation with carrier and release booking to customers and agents.
- Preparing HBL & MBL.
- Billing to customer.
- Arrange haulage delivery and monitor.
- Monitor arrival of vessel and update to customer for import / export.
- Responsible to identify custom tariff code, update the system on each job work flow, submit job for closing once job completed.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Diploma in Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in freight forwarding / shipping field however fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Computer literate and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have knowledge in import, export & customs procedures and regulation and international incoterms.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to work independently, attention to details and sense of urgency.
- Possess good interpersonal skill.
